A LEVEL 2 Data Recovery Service OR Complex Software Recovery is the secondary tier, in increasing complexity, of the service we provide for Solid State Hard Drives that are still functional, yet have some complex software problems preventing the access of your data. This can be due to file corruption, malware, deletion, formatting of the drive or any other general or complex data loss concern. We have a NO DATA, NO PAY policy if we cannot recover the data you require.

COMPLEX PHYSICAL RECOVERY

A LEVEL 3 Data Recovery Service OR Complex Physical/Software Recovery is the third tier, in increasing complexity, of the service we provide for Hard Drives that are still functional or about to lose function due to a critical software/hardware issue. This can be due to file corruption, malware, physical damage, deletion, formatting of the drive or any other general or complex data loss concern. We have a NO DATA, NO PAY policy if we cannot recover the data you require. Before data recovery attempts can be made, a deposit of $95 (non-refundable) is requested to cover the labour costs + any parts, orders, clean room costs.
